She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred McWhinney and Elizabeth McWhinney; her husband Ted; and her siblings, Bill, Bob, Herb, Archie, Stella and Vera.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gayle Hillrud (Ross) of Ceylon, SK and Colleen Vermeulen (Byron) of Ceylon, SK; and her grandchildren, Marla McPhee (Darcy), Marvin Hillrud (Nicole), Lisa Fladeland (Del), Blake Hillrud (Dawn), Rob Vermeulen (Christa), Brent Vermeulen (Laurie) and Jason Vermeulen (Lori).
