It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Wakeford (Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan), who passed away on July 10, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jack Wakeford to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil and Audrey; his son-in-law Craig Langer; his brother-in-law Lou Matity; and his nephew Barry Sims.

He is survived by: his wife Renée; his son Nick (Paulette); his grandchildren, Eric (Kerstin) and Kylie; his great grandchild Ripley Jack; his daughter Wanda (Robin); his grandchildren, Ty, Janae and Davis Langer (Lauren); his siblings, Jean Messer (Richard), Rena Sims, Carol Matity and Dewey Wakeford (Anne); and his in-laws, Rene Young (Donna) and Irene Hicks.

A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chaplin Community Hall.

As an expression of sympathy, donations in Jack's name may be made to the Chaplin Recreation Board.
