He was predeceased by: his parents, Herb Bjarnason and Betty Bjarnason; his sister Wendy Heise; his brother-in-law Norman Heise; his nephew Rick Heise; and his parents-in-law, Jacob and Thelma Litzenberger.
He is survived by: his wife Grace (Litzenberger); his sons, Brett (Katie) and Curtis (Megan); his grandchildren, Emily, Hailey and Finn Bjarnason; his brothers, Doug Bjarnason (Marilyn) and Woody Bjarnason (Pat); and his siblings-in-law, Mervin Litzenberger (Shirley), Randy Litzenberger (Jane) and Rita Hahn (Lorne).
A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (147 Bridger Ave, Churchbridge, SK S0A0M0). A burial was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at the Churchbridge Town Cemetery (116 Vincent Ave W, Churchbridge, SK S0A0M0).
