He was predeceased by: his father George Chesley Hollingsworth. He is survived by: his mother Mary Germaine Hollingsworth (Helle); his extended family, Eddie, Brian, John, Greg and Andy; his sons, George (Tammy), Darryl, Warren (Kaitlin), Dawson and Carson; his sisters, Elizabeth Crummey (Bill) and Deborah Hollingsworth; his grandchildren, Rylee, Tyson and Aùjel; his friend Charlotte Jennex; and also, Jaqueline and Julie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
