He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Peters and Henry K. Peters; his siblings, Edna Rempel, Abe Peters, John Peters and Harvey Peters; and his siblings-in-law, Leona Peters and Percy Lavigne.

He is survived by : his daughter Kayla Marie Peters; his siblings, Ken Peters, Margaret Peters and Annabelle Hamm (Phil); and his brother-in-law Isaac Rempel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
