He was predeceased by : his parents, Isaac Loeppky and Susanna Loeppky (Wall); and his brother Abe. He is survived by : his daughter-in-law Sharon; his wife Myrtle; his children, Gail Ewert (Jeremy), Grant Loeppky (Anita), Garth Loeppky (Sharon) and Ivan Loeppky; his grandchildren, Melissa (Zach), Candace, Spencer (Kayla), Alex (Shelby), Ben (Kelsey), Veronica and Victoria; and his great grandchildren, Colin, Colton, Rey, Mateo, Brennan, Ava, Thalia, Quaid, Graham, Deacon, Clay, Ella and Sheppard.

“My condolences to Myrtle and the family on the passing of Carl. I have fond memories of Carl coming to Winnipeg for EMMC meetings, and staying at our home. My parents (Frank and Neta Thiessen) were good friends with Carl and Myrtle. Carl's musical ability and heart for ministry was such an encouragement. He was a faithful servant. May God be your comfort and strength during this time of loss.”
