She was predeceased by : her husband Lorne Storey; her son-in-law Thomas Irvine; her parents, Adam Johnstone and Janet Johnstone; and her siblings, Janet, Mary, Jean, James, Alexandria, Andrew and Jessie.

She is survived by : her daughters, Ione Colville (Douglas) of Calgary and Jennifer Thompson (Eugene) of Kelowna; her grandchildren, Veronica McKitrick, Andrea Thompson and Michael Thompson; her great grandchildren, Rosemary McKitrick and Kyler Thompson; her sister Ethel Johnstone of Lloydminster; and her siblings-in-law, Milan Puckett, Bonnie Storey, Irene Storey and Randy Storey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
