He is survived by: his daughter Christine (Wade); his grandchildren, Trinity, Kane and Hope; his son Thomas Mohr; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Addison, Tyan, Riley and Hayden; his daughter Candace; his grandchild Dominik; his great grandchild Celena; his close friend Judy; his siblings, Dennis and Gloria; his sister-in-law Florence; Max and Mya.
