She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Scherle and Geraldine Scherle; her parents-in-law, Valentine and Emma Schmidt; and her sister-in-law Betty Earnshaw.
She is survived by: her husband Rudy; her daughter Jennifer Strahm (Truman); her grandchildren, Austin Grund (Janae) and Jillian Grund; her siblings, Wendy Kummer (Bodo), Randy Scherle (Tracy) and Marcella Scherle (Ron); and her brothers-in-law, Alvin Schmidt, Marvin Schmidt (Karen) and Pat Earnshaw. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
