He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Faichuk and Peter Faichuk; his brother Ronald Faichuk; and his sister-in-law Frances Faichuk. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Gary Faichuk, Barry Faichuk, Robert Faichuk (Janet), Valerie Taylor (Pat Paillard) and Sandra Heiber.
In lieu of flowers, the family has chosen to support the Mantario Cemetery fund and ask any donations to be directed to the R.M. of Chesterfield with the notation "In memory of Joe Faichuk".
