She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Lazorko and Anne Lazorko; her husband Edward Petryshyn; her siblings, Lawrence, Merv and Doreen; and her brothers-in-law, Arnold Gudmundson and Walter Dvernichuk.
She is survived by : her children, Dan Petryshyn (Marie), Carol Matheis (Wes), Bernadette Cadrain (Gordon) and Jeremy Petryshyn (Terra); her grandchildren, Michael Petryshyn (Cheryl), Nicole Moffat (Dale), Danielle Petryshyn (Pat Fraser), Dylan Matheis, Chelsey Paxman (Travis), Logan Matheis, Cherelle Cadrain (Randy Orchison), Cody Cadrain (Jen), Jesse Cadrain and Cage Petryshyn; her great grandchildren, Hunter Petryshyn, Leland, Marianna Moffat, Alexis, Chloe, Noah Paxman, Tyson, Owen, Jeslyn and CJ Orchison; her sisters, Irene Dvernichuk and Jean Gudmundson; her sister-in-law Sadie Lazorko; and also, Mary Pasternak, Annie Kowalski, Sandra Lazorko, Elsie Fehr (Gordon), Theresa Stolarchuk (Arnold) and Fred. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
