She was predeceased by: her husband Cyril Van Waeyenberge; her parents, Gustav Forsberg and Annie Forsberg (Walter); her in-laws, George and Martha Van Waeyenberge (Blauwaert); and her siblings, Carl (May), Hilda, Harry (Olga) and Stella Mutter (Ervin).
She is survived by: her son Henry; her grandson Al; her great grandchildren, Kyleigh and Austin; her grandson Michael George; her great grandchild Brianna; her great great grandchild Noah; her daughter Lee Ann (James); her granddaughter Kyla (Craig); her great grandchild Carsyn; and her grandchildren, Matthew and Autumn.
