He is survived by: his parents, Kari Fraese (Michael) and Brian Cloutier (Leah); his siblings, Jace Lawrence, Phoenix Fraese, Hunter Fraese, Brady and Zach Cloutier; his girlfriend Allysa; his girlfriend's children, Carter and Kaisey; his grandparents, John Zychowka (Carmene), Janet Brooks, Leanne, Paul Courier, Dorothy and Lionel Meszaros; his great-grandparent Inez White; his aunt Kristi Zychowka; his cousins, Ania and Marek; his aunt Debb Haygarth; his cousin Jessica; and his aunts and uncles, Raquel, Raman Mall, Michelle, Brad Rose, Arin and Amanda Meszaros.

In lieu of flowers, Jesi's family kindly wishes that memorial donations be made to the Estevan Humane Society to support animals in need.
