He is survived by: his siblings, Lana (Darelle), Jennifer, Elgin Jr. and Kevin; his son Takota; his aunt Tina (Wayne); his uncles, Chris (Angie) and John; his siblings' children, Jeremy (Kim), Jordan (Cree Ann), Alvin, Jesse, Kayden, Kolten, Shelly (Steven), Alishia (Keenen), Christine (Ben) and Kailynn; and his longtime love Del.

A wake was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Ocean Man First Nation Band Hall. A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Feast & Funeral Service.
