She was predeceased by: her husband John Stubel; her children-in-law, Collette Stubel and Neil Reiley; her parents, Willard Cooley and Sarah Cooley; her siblings, Judith Cooley and Gary Cooley; her parents-in-law, Rheinold and Caroline Stubel; and her siblings-in-law, Clarence Skinner, Julius Stubel (Helen), Edward Stubel (Victoria), Fred Stubel, Ernie Stubel (Helen), Ervin Stubel, Fred Vicary, Don Feist, Rudy Stubel (Rose), Harold Stubel, Anne Zohner (Gus), Lila Langedahl (Melvin), Velma Cornies (Kurt), Marlene Riley (Jim) and Dorothy Caves (Donald).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Carrie Andrukonis (Thomas), Riah, Vaven, Lisa Nagel (Trevor), Logan (Lynsey), Ariadne, Hartley Jr. Boles (Naomi), Alianna and Tristan; her son Gordon Stubel (Lizanne); her grandchildren, Chris Stubel (Jaime), Bryar, Brady, Samantha Stubel, Tayzley, Sofia, Lesleigh Markham (Brad), Charleigh, Finnley, Lucas Stubel (Mary), Stevie and Keller; her daughter Gwenn Serby (Sheldon); her grandchildren, Clyve Melanson (Jennifer), Avalon, Ethan, Rodden, Daemen, Cory Melanson (Nicole) and Greyson; her daughter Connie Brokenshire (Wayne); her grandchildren, Alisha Mann (Gregg), Ava, Hudson, Mackenzie, Sarah Betnar (Daniel), August, Abbie Fleming (Willum) and Tess Brokenshire; her son Wayne Stubel; her grandchildren, Jessica McNamara (Lionel), Jackson, Violet, Hannah McKeen (Scott) and Jude; her son Warren Stubel (Monika); her grandchildren, Griffin, Liam and Tyson; her sister Karen Skinner; and her sisters-in-law, Alma Vicary, Elsie Feist and Lorna Stubel. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends and all of her extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Services (1506 4 St, Estevan, SK S4A0X6). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
