He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Stepp and Gloria Stepp; his parents-in-law, Irvin Spalding and Elaine Spalding; and his brother-in-law Peach McNabb.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Spalding; his children, Tammy Biblow (Kevin), Jonathon Poitras and Dwight Poitras; his brothers, Chuck Stepp and Peter Stepp; his sisters-in-law, Sally Cragg (Randy) and Charlene McNabb; his grandchildren, Mack (Brenna), Zack (Janna), Suri and Bria; his siblings' children, Keegan (Haley) and Kiana (Rick); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Grayson, Gavin, Sean, Trina (Derek), Ashley (Wes) and Kim; Kaden.
