She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernie Dexter and Laura Dexter; and her brother-in-law Peter Bond. She is survived by : her children, Delbert Wiggins (Rita) and Cynthia Wiggins-Pryor; and her siblings, Donna Brown (Ken), Dorreen Bond, Cindy Fedak, Cathy Niall (Marc) and Gordon Dexter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
