She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Gehring and Mary Gehring; and her brothers, Alvin Gehring and Elroy Gehring. She is survived by: her husband Melvin Melnechenko; her children, Curtis (Margo), Cindy (Aaron) and Kevin (Joanne); her grandchildren, Colby (Casey), Breanna (Collin), Amanda (Ryan), Kendra (Dylan) and Bryce (Kaylee); her great grandchildren, Brooks, Tavon, Camdyn and Lilith; and her siblings, Marlene Gehring and Warren Gehring (Sandi).
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (234 Independent St, Yorkton, SK S3N0S8).
Memorial donations may be made to Zion Lutheran Church Memorial Fund as gifts of remembrance.
