She was predeceased by: her significant other Victor Parenteau; her sons, Carl and Jacob Parenteau; her daughter-in-law Rita Parenteau; her parents, Rudolf Fester and Hedwig Fester; her brothers, Helmuth, Fred, Erven and Robert Fester; and her sisters-in-law, Joy, Lois and Lenore Fester.

She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Parenteau, Vallery Wright (Don) and Lila Saulnier (Norman); her son-in-law Paul Kinaschuk; her grandchildren, Edward Parenteau, Charlene Getzinger (Shawn), John Kinaschuk (Katherine) and Daniel Kinaschuk; her great grandchildren, William, Lily, Tess, Sarah Kinaschuk, Denym and Declyn Getzinger; and her siblings, Ruth, Selma and Bryon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
