He was predeceased by: his wife Debbie (Paul); his father Swede; and his brother Jimmy. He is survived by: his mother Laura Johnson; and his siblings, Larry (Fonda), Joeann (Graham) and Jack (Annette). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
