With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norman Girodat (Gull Lake, Saskatchewan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 18, 2026 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Gordon Girodat; his grandparents, Aaron, Marie Girodat, Mike and Rosa Sand; his brothers-in-law, Mark Winquist, Mike Line and Morgan McNaught; his niece Sidney Willows; and his great-nephew Kyrie Winquist.
He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Girodat; his wife Cindy; his children, Ashley Krogstad (JR), Cole Girodat (Hannah), Taylor Girodat (Luke) and Treigh Girodat; his grandchildren, Summer Zacharias, Grayson, Charlotte and Fynnleigh Krogstad; his siblings, Denise Willows (Kevin), Dale Girodat (Roxane), Michelle McNaught and Cheryl Friday (Joe); his nieces and nephews, Anthony Winquist (Megan), Aaron Winquist (Sofia), Riley, Josh, Emma Girodat, Chandler McNaught, James, Dawson, Lane Friday, Nick, Nathan and Kaeden Line; his great-nieces, Kehlani, Kensli Winquist and Ava Line; and his in-laws, Ardie and Bryan Line.
In lieu of flowers and in memory of Norm Girodat, donations made to other families currently battling cancer would be appreciated by the Girodat family.
