He was predeceased by : his parents, Don Holtby and Phyllis Holtby; and his brother Dick Holtby. He is survived by : his wife Faye; and his children, Murray Holtby (Kris), Deanna Hamilton (Ken), Tracey Sebok (Glen) and Greg Holtby (Toni). He is also survived by his eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
