She is survived by: her husband Sylvester Kohut; her daughter Jennifer Nielsen (Brandon); her grandchildren, Raya, Kennedy and Rhett; her daughter Joanna Roth (Darcy); her grandchildren, Lexi, Mya and Kayson; her daughter Sherri Welsh (Rob); her grandchildren, Keegan and Cameron; her brother John Dishko (Holly); her sister-in-law Carla; and her brother Ron Dishko (Joanne). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, many other family members and friends.
