He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter Brezinski and Francis Brezinski (Shymkiw); and his siblings, Adela, Stephen and Louis.

He is survived by : his wife Irene Brezinski of Invermay, SK; and his daughters, Laureen Mayes (Ron) and Cynthia Wolkowski (Lindsay). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
