She is survived by : her husband David Jack; her grandchild Ltd; her children, Claudette Carlson (Olaf) and Trent Jack (Laura); her grandchildren, Paige King (Cody) and Hope Werner; her great grandchildren, Brinley and Aleah King; and her siblings, Arlene Scratton (Edward), Arnold Hoffman (Linda), Robert, Darryl Hoffman (Shelley) and Glen Hoffman (Sherry).
