He was predeceased by: his parents, William Puryk and Bessie Puryk; and his siblings, Ed, Stella and Dolly.
He is survived by: his wife Jacquie; his children, Corwin (Karina) and Sonndre; his grandchildren, Taylor (Devon), Mackenzie (Matthew), Corwin Jr. and Jamilyn; and his siblings, Bill, Mervin, Donnie and Marian.
