He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Macuick and Mary Macuick (Piasta); and his siblings, Anna, Elsie, Peter, Katherine, John, Martha, Lena and Olivia.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria Macuick of Ituna; his daughters, Lorrie Kozun (Merle) of Prince Albert, SK and Wendy Macuick of Blairemore, AB.; his granddaughter Dr. Breann Kozun (Philip Karnes); his great grandchild Eloise of Prince Albert, SK; his grandson Dr. Matthew Kozun of Ottawa, ON.; and his siblings, Andrew Mathuik of Yorkton, SK and Jane Chorney of Ituna, SK. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Memorials in memory of Matthew may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or Sacred Heart Church.
