He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kathleen Cote and Larry Whitehawk; his son Kaylan Whitehawk Cote; his brothers, Tresdan Cote, Noah Cote and Dalton Cote; the mothers of child, Aubrielle Whitehawk (Logan Badger Cote) and Sky Cote (Zack Tourangeau); his sister Shineka Cote; his grandparents, Lenord Cote, Mable Cote, Alvin Bryant and Rosina Whitehawk; and his friend RJ Stevenson.
A wake was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Cote First Nation Band Hall. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Cote First Nation Band Hall, Cote First Nation.
