He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Caplette and Dalphine Caplette; his siblings, Alex, Joseph, Donald and Lucy; and his great grandchild Aubrey.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie; his children, Joseph, Michael (Paula), Wilbert, Wayne, Dwight, Denise (Allan) and Charla; and his sisters, Irene Knowles, Violet McGregor, Lona McDonald, Geraldine Harris and Jean Gray. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
