He is survived by: his wife Marlis Kotylak; his children, Jason of Kelliher, Kyla Rist (Chad) of Wadena and Jeremy of Kelliher; his grandchildren, Haiylee (Matthew), Summer, Paisley, Jenaya and Jaxon; his sister Brenda Haggerty (John) of Regina; and his nieces and nephews, Ryan (Daniella), Morgan, Kyle and Tyler (Jaelyn). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
