It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Muriel Hawkins in Kerrobert, Saskatchewan, born in Dodsland, Saskatchewan, who passed away on June 13, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mil Haakonson and Mel Haakonson; her brothers, Larry and Roy; and her daughter-in-law Carrie.

She is survived by: her husband Roger Hawkins of Hoosier; her children, Lana (Dave Braun), Tanner (Taylor), Callie (Will McDonald), Carter and Dale; her grandchild McKenna (Cory Just); her great grandchildren, Mason, Mila and Morgan (Randy Lawson); her brother Vern; Gary (Stacey), Janelle, Hayden, Brent (Jodi), Lane (Nikita May) and Wade. She is also survived by brothers and sisters in law, numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
