He was predeceased by : his wife Ellen (Knudsen); his parents, Elsie Penner (Derksen) and John Penner; and his siblings-in-law, Cameron Knudsen, Victor Ross, Bill Thubron and Margaret Timm.
He is survived by : his children, Bruce Penner (Mandy) and Tanya Phillips (Stuart); his siblings, Wayne, Elmer Penner, Lloyd Penner (Lydia), Marvin Penner (Barb), Carol Janzen (Harvey) and Audrey Wiens (Bill); and his siblings-in-law, Marion Penner (Schiltroth), Myrtle Ross, Anne Thubron, Ivy Crawford (Bill), Gordon and Chris Timm. He is also survived by brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
