He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Bazylinski and Elizabeth Bazylinski. He is survived by: his significant other Janet Boryskiewich; his stepson Kenneth Burton (Misha); and his sister Melanie Bazylinski.
The family has chosen to support the Diabetes Foundation in lieu of flowers.
