We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Theresa Lucyk (Kindersley, Saskatchewan), born in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Lucyk and Mary Lucyk; her brother Leslie David; and her sons, Jordan Perkins and Nolan Perkins.

She is survived by : her children, Jason Perkins, Rocky Perkins, Jaden, Tyce, Daxtyn and Whitney Perkins; her husband Jim Vennard; her stepchildren, Jason Vennard, Holly Harnett (Michael) and Stephen Vennard (Tanija); and her siblings, Garnet, Dennis, Nick and Vanessa.
