He was predeceased by : his parents, George Clarke and Catherine Clarke; his grandparents, Tommy, Aurora Clarke, John and Jane Jobb; his siblings, Bella Cook, Jerry Clyde Clarke and Jeffrey Clarke; his nieces and nephews, Lester, Bruce, Scott Cook, Cory Cook, Brent Morin, Charlene and Arlene Bird; and his uncles, Leo, Kenneth, Elmer Jobb, Thomas, Larry, Jimmy Clarke and Daniel Jobb.

He is survived by : his children, Germaine Michell, Joni Michell, Mason Jobb, Janessa Cook and Cheyanne Syr; his siblings, Beatrice Cook (Jack), Wanda Cook (Robert), Gloria Morin (Harvey), Glen Clarke (Genevieve) and Franklin Clarke (Chanas); his grandchildren, Marcia, Brooklyn, Brandi, Braxton, Darian Morin, Cedric William Obert Cook and Cory Syr; his siblings-in-law, Sandra Clarke and Isidore Cook; his aunts and uncles, Rene Jobb, Simon Jobb (Maggie), William Merasty, Agnes Ninine (Philip) and Marjorie Jobb; his nieces and nephews, Angus Cook (Diane), Dale, Dustin Morin, Bernard, Curtis, Lance Clarke (Christa), Bradley, Nicholas, Corwin, Brad, Jason McCallum, Jamie Clarke, Waylon Cook (Taryn), Clarence Cook (Holly), Aaron Clarke (Nicole), Derek Clarke (Coreen), Margie Morin (Kenny), Jenna Morin (Mervin), Glenda Clarke, Chantal, Monica, Nitannis, Ocean, Telsa, Clarrisa Cook, Michelle Jobb and Shelly; and his close friend Evelyn Hennie.
