He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest McKenzie and Emily McKenzie; his grandparents, Edward, Sarah McKenzie, John and Sarah Ratt; his great-grandparents, Sally Ratt, Amos and Rebecca Ratt; his siblings, Miles and Maryann; his brother-in-law Clifford Charles; his aunts and uncles, Sandy, Solomon, James, Myles McKenzie, Roddy, Stan, Richard, Alex Ratt (Tina), Carrie, Hannah, Grace McKenzie, Mary Venne (Myles), Janet Fietz (John) and Maggie Bird; his nephew Trevor McKenzie; his great-nephew Drake; and his cousin Richie Ratt.
He is survived by : his daughters, Lizzie Charles (David) and Kelly Ratt (Andy); his stepdaughter Mary Anne McLeod-Charles; his grandchildren, Lavina, Preston, River, Winter, Andrew, Chloe and Syrus; his siblings, James McKenzie, Alex McKenzie (Sally), Caroline McKenzie (Joe), Molly McKenzie, Sally Roberts (Sam) and Irene McKenzie (Phillip); his nieces and nephews, Riley, Quinne, Billy R. C., Sarah Jane, Shirley, Shayne, Celine, Samantha, Wade, Jonas, Robyn and Nicole; his aunts and uncles, Noah Bird, Amos Ratt (Flora), Cornelius Ratt (Kathy), Walter Ratt, Victor Ratt (Annie), Margaret McKenzie and Peggy Tremblay (Michael); his cousins, Sam and Hope Hardlotte; and his niece Virginia Bird-McKenzie. He is also survived by numerous cousins & friends.
