She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Getz and Martha Getz; her siblings, Peter, Helen, Margaret, Mary, Anna Maria and Rachel; and her siblings-in-law, Ben, Roy Howie, Armand, Alex, Frank, Peter, Tony, John, Kay, Irene, Agnes and Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Brad Hopfauf (Sharon), Bernadette Green (Garth) and Belinda Hurlbert (Steve); her grandchildren, A. J. and Carly (Nathan); her great grandchildren, Ava and Dustin (Torina); her siblings, John, Valentine (Doreen), Louis (Ilene), Daniel (Adele), Annie and Barbara; her siblings-in-law, Keith, Rosella, Betty H and Marlene; her husband Ben Hopfauf; and also, Maren, Kellie (Brandon), Russell (Matt), Nikolaus and Kailey. She is also survived by numerous dogs and cats, as she had a deep love of animals.
