He was predeceased by: his son Terry Jakubowski; his parents, John Jakubowski and Mary Jakubowski; his siblings, Eddie Jakubowski, Ronald Jakubowsk, Anne Guliak and Elsie Kovacs; and his brothers-in-law, Steve Guliak Steve Kovacs, Walter Mantyka and Alex Bodnar.
He is survived by: his close friend Norma Alexander; his daughter Lisa Jakubowski; his grandchildren, Kobe Ostopchuck and Terri Lee Keim; his siblings, William Jakubowski (June), Joe Jakubowski (Deloria), Alvin Jakubowski (Cathie), Betty Mantyka, Marjorie Bodnar, Rita Gallo (Gerry) and Elinor Russell (Ken); his sister-in-law Shirley Jakubowski; Jaycen Jakubowski. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
