He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Dubois and Marge Dubois; his sister Ellen Keewatin; and his niece Kimberly Ann Keewatin. He is survived by: his nieces, Camela Keewatin, Janet Dubois and Jennifer Dubois (Liam); his son Jason Wasteste; his grandsons, A. J., Gordon, Peter Jr., Nolan, Montoya and Colten; his great grandchildren, Kiona, Moses and Reign; and his siblings, Karen McIntyre (Mike), Robert Byers and Raymond Desjarlais (Turk).
