She was predeceased by: her husband Tom Smith; her parents, Doris Bushell and George Bushell; her brother Cyril Bushell (Edna); and her brothers-in-law, Joe Smith, Charles Smith and Jim Smith (Jean).

She is survived by: her son Ron Smith (Barb); her grandchildren, Sherri Sand (Evan), Lee, Weston, Mellissa Dalshaug (Adam), Kinsley, Grayson and Kyle; her daughter Marilyn Sandor (Bill); her grandsons, Kent (Dayna) and Warren (Savannah); her son Elwin Smith (Anne); her grandchild Catriona; her sons, Wayne Smith (Ann) and Leslie Smith (Ethel); her grandchildren, Roxanne and Thomas; and her daughter Judy Smith.
