He was predeceased by : his stepfather Dennis Fennell; and his parents-in-law, Victor and Cecelia Cochran. He is survived by : his wife Margaret Harder; his children, Courtney Gauthier (Andrew) and Russell Harder (Jessica); his grandchildren, Hannah Gauthier, Liam Gauthier, Dominik Harder, Naethan Harder, Kaibree Harder and Kashton Harder; his parents, Darlene Gulka and Elvin Harder (Jean); and his sister Twila Senger (Jim).
Donations in memory of Carl may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association or Heart & Stroke Foundation.
