She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul and Rose; her father-in-law Bill Kuzek; and her brothers-in-law, Raymond Kuzek and Dennis Kuzek.

She is survived by : her husband Randy Kuzek; her children, Rosemarie Falk (Adam) of Lloydminster, SK, Rebecca Kuzek (Justin Gagnon) of Edmonton, AB and Jonathan Kuzek of Lloydminster, SK; her grandchildren, Annabelle, William and Victoria; her mother-in-law Mary Kuzek of Theodore Area, SK; her sister Inez Brodziak of Preeceville, SK; her niece Jessica Sproat (Brady) of Kipling, SK; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lincoln and Easton; and her niece Shelby Brodziak (Kyle Darbyshire) of Saskatoon, SK. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews.
