She is survived by: her husband David Jack; her children, Kevin Jack (Lisa), Lenard Jack (Donalda) and Heather Ferguson (Rob); her grandchildren, Kyle Jack (Amanda), Cody Steiner (Megan), Brady Jack (Kendra), Ryley Jack, Sara Wiser (Will), Brett Ferguson (Haley) and Hailey Ferguson (Nolan); her great grandchildren, Lauchlyn, Hadleigh Jack, Easton, Cash, Sully, Frankie Steiner, Bruer, Lexxyn Jack and Kensie Kate Ferguson; her niece Dorothy Cooper; and her close friend Elaine Barthel. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
