He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Woods and Lillian Woods; and his siblings, Edna, Evelyn, Mary, Alice, John, Jim, Russell, Charlie and Donald.
He is survived by: his wife Florence Woods; his daughters, Doreen McCaw (Glenn), Donna Woods and Dianne Eyestone (Ray); his grandson Nathan Woods (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Jaxson and Grayson; and his brothers, Lloyd and Allan.
