Martin Karasin Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Martin Karasin (Lumsden, Saskatchewan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Martin shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Martin farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Michelle; his parents, Michael Karasinski and Katherine Karasinski; and his siblings, Chuck (Helen), Joseph (Stefi), Jim (Francis) and Pauline Twemlow (Norm).
He is survived by: his wife Joan Karasin; his daughter Tracey Karasin-Bellisle (Greg Bellisle); and his grandsons, Levi Bellisle and Tanner Bellisle. He is also survived by his loving nieces, nephews and numerous family members and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Lumsden District Dew Drop In (275 James St N, Lumsden, SK S0G3C0).
