Mary Elizabeth Gazda Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Gazda in Lumsden, Saskatchewan, who passed away on December 23, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Lukas and Suzanna Lukas; her husband Gene of St. Martin's Parish; her daughter Sharon; her granddaughter Geneva Heglin; and her sisters, Helen and Anne.
She is survived by: her children, Tom (Judi, family: Megan, Matt, Lyda Mae, Jackson), Doug (Georgie, family: Levon, Isabel), Kathy Barbeau (Marc, family: Ellen, Niko, Ethan, Liam, Koda, Nick, Nathan Barbeau) and Rob.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St Martin de Porres Parish (4720 Castle Rd, Regina, SK S4S4X1).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary's memory to the Souls Harbour Rescue Mission or the Regina Marion Centre.
