He was predeceased by: his parents, John Higgins and Emma Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Lee Higgins (Wendy), Cora Lambkin (Forrest) and Kelly Higgins (Carmela); his grandchildren, Jaime, Cole, Wyatt, Kaitlyn, Breanna and Damarco; his great grandchildren, Esei and Torin; and his siblings, John, Marilyn, Norma, Harold, Ken, Marvin and Kevin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
