He is survived by: his child Achievement; his parents, Roy Verbonac and Krista Verbonac; his siblings, Matthew (Madison), Josh and Madison (Lynden); and his grandparents, Kathy, Dave Verbonac, Deb and Al Rigetti. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
