He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Koch and Angela Koch of Marsden, Saskatchewan.; his wife Clara Koch; his great grandchildren, Gracie Germaine and Roman Germaine; his siblings, Frank Koch, Mary D'Arcy, Bertha Klinger, Helen Weiszhaar, Dorothy King and Teresa Toevs; and his sister-in-law Beate Koller.

He is survived by: his children, Victor Koch (Diane) of Marsden, Joseph Koch (Gail) of Saskatoon, Orlando Koch (Sharon) of Neilburg, Bernadette Poppleton (Ian) of Neilburg, Aaron Koch (Jill) of Saskatoon, Michael Koch (May) of Calgary and Alberta; and his sister-in-law Margaret Moeller (Robert) of Campbell River. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren - 23 great grandchildren.
