He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Heinrich and Anne; his wife Nettie Isaac; his daughters, Susan Poth (Bert Poth), Sharon Champ (Wes Champ) and Rhonda Smith (Mike Smith); his grandchildren, Kelsey Magnus (Travis), Joe Poth (Christina Hempler), Emma Kerr (Brad), Hannah Champ (Behrooz Shafiee), Jacy Friesen (Adam), Jamie Smith and Liam Smith; his great grandchildren, Scarlett Kerr, William Magnus and Quinn Kerr; and his former wife Mary.
